TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Florida A&M returns to the football field this weekend after their bye week as the Rattlers play host to Morgan State.
As it stands, Willie Simmons' squad controls their own destiny; keep winning, and they'll secure a MEAC title in Simmons' first year with FAMU.
But, no Rattler is satisfied just yet.
While on paper, the threat of falling to the two-win Bears is small, Simmons said this game is the biggest one they've played all season.
"This is the biggest game of our lives that we have played up to this date because it's the next game we get to play," Simmons said. "It's a conference game and for us to achieve our goal of winning the conference championship, this game means everything to us.
"I think they understand that approach," Simmons continued. "If their attitudes are what they showed Sunday in weights and in practice is any indication, these guys will be fired up, ready to play."
