TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Three former Florida State Seminoles have garnered invitations to the 2019 NFL combine.
Defensive end Brian Burns, defensive tackle Demarcus Christmas and wide receiver Nyquan Murray have each been invited to the NFL's pre-draft workout.
Burns, who left FSU with one year of eligibility left, recorded 52 total tackles (31 solo), playing in all 12 games in 2018. He also recorded 15.5 tackles for a loss and 10 sacks, recovering one fumble.
Over his three-year career, Burns logged 123 total tackles (71 solo), 38.5 tackles for a loss, 23 sacks and recovered two fumbles while forcing seven.
The Fort Lauderdale native is considered FSU's best draft prospect in 2019, and has been mocked from anywhere from a late first to early second round pick.
Christmas recorded 28 tackles as a redshirt senior in 2018, 14 of which were solo and three tackles for a loss. In his FSU career, he recorded 106 total tackles, logging a career-best 36 in 2017.
Murray was one of FSU's top two receivers in 2018, tying Tamorrion Terry in total yards (744), hauling in 54 receptions for three touchdowns.
In his four-year career, Murray caught 127 balls for 1,854 yards and 12 touchdowns, logging a career high five scores in 2016.
The NFL combine will run from Tuesday, February 26 until Monday, March 4 from Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium.
