Teenagers are being reminded of the dangers of distracted driving.
And this time it's their peers who are sending out the strong message.

The Tallahassee Police Department honored local students from seven Leon County High School film departments for their involvement in a PSA contest.

Each group had to produce an original public service announcement about the dangers of texting while driving.

The PSA's were so good that the Tallahassee Police Department had a difficult time choosing a winning group.

So they all received the grand prize. They walked away with a camera and equipment for their film programs.
