TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Police say that a body found on Tallahassee's west side is being ruled as a "natural death."
A body was reportedly found near the intersection of Ocala Street and Tennessee Street Sunday afternoon.
The body was near the pond behind the Walgreen's located at the busy intersection.
TPD says that a preliminary investigation indicates the person died a natural death but a follow up investigation will be conducted to ensure that there was no foul play involved.
An employee who works in the area told WCTV that the police began investigating around 4 p.m. and stayed on the scene until about 5:30 p.m.
Officials have not released the identity of the body.
