Bainbridge, GA - Christopher Williams protested outside of Edison Insurance Agency in Bainbridge Friday.

Edison is an independent agency that manages policies for Everest Insurance Company out of Atlanta. Everest is the company Williams is upset with.

He says back in May an unidentified driver ran his car off the road. He says Everest refuses to pay because they don't believe his claim.

Williams says his wife and infant daughter were injured in that crash.

He says, "It makes me feel bad. It makes me feel like our community these days, we're hard working citizens pay money for insurance and we deserve to be covered. Now the insurance company wants to hide behind rules or make dictations on people's life and that's not right."

We were not able to reach anyone with Everest Insurance for comment. Edison Insurance Agency in Bainbridge says its a separate entity, therefore, they have no control over/ don't have anything to do with Williams' case.
