TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Thanksgiving is over and it's time for many Tallahassee residents to get into the Christmas spirit.
The annual Christmas light display at Dorothy B. Oven park is lit for 2015.
More than 250,000 twinkling lights are on display at six-acre park on Thomasville Road.
Visitors to the park can either drive or take a stroll while also enjoying the sound of holiday music.
The display is free to the public and local residents say it's a great way to spend quality holiday time with family and friends.
"It's a nice family tradition to get out here, it's family fun," said Miller. "We can come out here to have some family time and experience something different, out of the normal."
The park's annual Elf Night will be December 17.
The lights will be on display until January 1.
