Saturday February 22nd Evening Pinpoint Weather Forecast

We had a beautiful Saturday with lots of sunshine in the Big Bend and South Georgia. Temperatures are a tad on the chilly side in the mid-50s and lower 60s. Its a great night to take a walk or eat dinner out on the porch. However, tonight will be chilly. Temperatures will cool into the mid to lower 30s inland. This means we'll see patchy frost across our area. Make sure to bring plants inside the house or cover them with a blanket. These cold conditions will continue through early tomorrow morning, but the sun will warm us up by late morning with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 60s by the afternoon. A few clouds will move in and we'll stay dry through the rest of the weekend. However, a cold front will move in late Monday afternoon bringing in more chances for rain and weak storms. The system is still a few days out, but we'll likely see heavy rainfall. Chances for rain continue through Wednesday morning when the cold front finally moves east. We'll end the week with lots of sunshine and cold with temperatures in the mid to upper 50s.
