Democrats vote to fund Homeland Security without wall

The U.S. House approved a measure to fund Homeland Security on an interim basis but without the funding for the border wall. The bill passed 239 to 192, getting a "yes" vote from five Republicans.

President Trump has promised to veto any bill that does not include border wall funding.
