Buffalo Chicken Pizza


1 Flat Bread
½ cup chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 tablespoon buffalo style hot sauce
2 Tablespoon fat free Ranch dressing
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese
1 ½ tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

Yields 2 servings: about 250 calories, 12 g fat


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place flatbread on a cookie sheet. Toss chicken with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. Top flatbread with chicken, bacon, and cheeses. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until cheese melts.
