Crostini Four Ways



Ingredients

Tomato Bruschetta Crostini
1 Tomato, diced small
1/2 Onion, diced small
2 Tbsp Parmesan, shredded
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Basil, chiffonade
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Southern Decadence Crostini
1 Tbsp. Sweet Potato, diced small, steamed
1 Tbsp. Collard Greens, cooked
1 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Jelly

Bruleed Banana Crostini
1 Banana, cut into 1/4” thick coins
1 tsp. Sugar
Peanut Butter
Crostini

Berry Butter Crostini
1 tsp. Butter, softened
1 Tbsp. Jelly or Preserves of Choice
Strawberries, quartered, or other berry of choice

Directions

Tomato Bruschetta Crostini
1. Mix first first five ingredients together and toss without breaking up tomato.
2. Place onto Crostini and serve.

Southern Decadence Crostini
1. Smear pepper jelly onto crostini and top with collard greens and sweet potato. Serve.

Bruleed Banana Crostini
1. Smear crostini with peanut butter and top with banana coin and sugar. Brulee with torch and serve.

Berry Butter Crostini
1. Smear butter on Crostini and then top with jelly or preserves. Top with slice of berry.
