Good Morning Eats: Bread Heaven


Homemade Yeast Bread

Step 1- Liquid
3 1/2 cups Warm Water
2/3 cup Powder Milk
4 tablespoon Yeast
4 Tablespoon Baking Powder

Step 2- Flour
6 Cups Bread Flour
1 Tablespoon Salt
2/3 cup Canola baking Oil
1 1/2 Cup Sugar


Separately mix Step 1 and Step 2 ingredients in large mixing bowls.

Gradually add Step 1 ingredients to Step 2 mixture.

Please note: You may not use all the liquid when adding to flour mixture. If you use all liquid you can add more warm water to bowl and pour in flour mixture.

Knead dough for 5 minutes.

Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

Dough can be used for dinner rolls, pizza crust and cinnamon rolls.
