Southern Fruit Cobbler


1 – Self rising flour
1 – Cup sugar
1 – Cup milk
1 – Stick of butter


Melt butter. Pour melted butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix together the flour, sugar, and milk. Pour mixture over melted butter.
Add peaches or fruit cocktail (do not drain) evenly around the pan (do not stir)

Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon or allspice on top before baking

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until the crust turns golden brown. Let cool for about 10 minutes and serve with ice cream.
