Neapolitan Cheesecake Brownies


o 2 8oz Packages of Cream cheese
o 1 cup sugar
o 1 egg
o 1 tablespoon vanilla
o 1 table spoon flour
o 2 tablespoons of strawberry Jello powder

o 1 cup butter melted and cooled
o 2 tablespoons of oil
o 1 ½ cup white sugar
o ¾ cup light brown sugar
o 3 large eggs
o 1 tablespoon vanilla
o 1 cup flour
o 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Lightly grease pan – you may add parchment paper to the bottom
3. With electric hand mixer – combine sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended
4. Add egg and beat well – next add 1 tablespoon of flour
5. Separate mix into 2 bowls – in one bowl add strawberry flavoring and mix well – set aside.

Brownie Mix
6. Combine butter and oil with sugars and whisk well together
7. Add Eggs and vanilla – beat about a minute until color is lighter
8. Sift together flour, cocoa and salt
9. Mix well, but be sure not to overmix as this might affect the texture of your brownie. Refrigerate for approximately 15 minutes
10. Optional – add walnuts or nuts of choice

Prepare to Bake
• Using a spoon – drop each flavor into an 8 x 11 Pan until fully covered
• With spatula, lightly swirl mixture together
• Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until center is done.
