1 (10.2-oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (5 biscuits)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
DirectionsPreheat oven to 450ºF. Grease an 8-inch pie pan.
Cut each biscuit in half; roll into balls.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Roll each ball into melted butter then roll each ball into sugar mixture. Place balls in pie pan; top with remaining butter and sugar mixture. Drizzle with corn syrup.
Bake 10–12 minutes. Cool slightly then serve.
