Waterman’s Crabcakes


1 lb lumb crabmeat
1 egg
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup tarter sauce
1/4 tsp of the following seasonings: Old Bay, granulated garlic, lemon pepper, paprika, curry, Sriracha.


Hand toss all ingredients.

Form into patties based on size preference.

Pan sear in light oil until brown.

Turn over and pop in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove and serve plain or with your favorite dipping sauce on a bed of organic greens.
