Earlier this month, Aucilla Christian senior Jenny Jackson traveled to Orlando to compete in the AAU Gymnastics National Championship.
For your average gymnast, coming back with a gold medal in one event would be great.
But Jenny is not your average gymnast.
She returned with a gold medal in every event she took part in.
"I got first in beam, bars, floor, all-around and I also got the All-American award for the highest all around score," said Jackson.
Mike Romano is Jenny's head coach. He says he's never had a gymnast as determined as jenny but admits he was surprised by her success in Orlando.
"It was unexpected because the meet was later in the year. So it's hard to stay on top of your game all the way till July, I was frankly surprised."
Jenny says her dream is to compete at the collegiate level. She doesn't have any offers as of yet, but her head coach believes she has the talent and the work ethic to make it.
"Absolutely, she has the skills that it takes. It's just a matter of what school contacts her. She made a beautiful presentation and sent it out to numerous colleges so we're just waiting to hear back."
