In the Spotlight: Cherry Rankin makes Sugar Rush Double Chocolate Layer Cake

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Cherry Rankin shares her recipe for a homemade double chocolate layer cake.

Ingredients

• 1 carton of Little Debbie Devil Squares
• 1 - 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 1 - 8 oz Cool Whip
• 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 1 - 11 oz Hot Fudge Topping

Instructions

• Unwrap devil squares and layer on the bottom of 9x13 pan
• Melt Hot Fudge Topping in the microwave ( do not overheat )
• Pour warm fudge topping over chocolate devil squares
• In a separate bowl mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended
• Add vanilla
• Fold in cool whip
• Spread cream cheese mixture on top
• Enjoy
