TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The Mental Health Council of the Big Bend is inviting the community to its 6th annual Be Kind to Your Mind event, taking place Thursday, May 8, at 5:30 p.m. at the Walker-Ford Community Center.
Dr. Fran Close and Nicole Everett, both with the Mental Health Council of the Big Bend, spoke with Brianna Shaw ahead of the event. The advocates said this year’s focus is on providing practical tools to help teens and young adults manage stress and anxiety.
