Tallahassee Beer Festival in its 7th year with ticket sales supporting nonprofits
The festival is scheduled for August 8-9 at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The Tallahassee Beer Festival is donating its ticket sales to support nonprofits.
Those who buy tickets to the Tallahassee Beer Festival will directly support the United Partners for Human Services.
Interim Executive Director at UPHS, Lashawn Gordon, said they are all about “the power of the collective.”
“UPHS supports over 200 human service agencies, and several of those will be the beneficiaries of funds from the beer fest,” said the director.
This year’s Tallahassee Beer Festival is scheduled for August 8-9 at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center with tickets on sale now.
Gordon said, “The community belongs to all of us, so it’s a humbling and amazing feeling when everybody gets together to support the sector.”
