Something Good: Gadsden County deputy saves baby from choking
Sweet relief from a not-so-sweet scenario
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - Time for something good, like stepping up when someone needs help!
More good news:
Gadsden County Deputy Kamryn Weeks was at the courthouse and saw a baby get a piece of candy caught in his throat, with his mother struggling to get it out.
Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office said the deputy stepped right up, took the baby and got the candy out with two firm blows to the back.

The baby is okay and the whole incident took 30 seconds.
Deputy Weeks didn’t even think he did anything special, but the sheriff’s office said the mother returned to thank Deputy Weeks repeatedly.
